This world famous metropol offers buildings and monuments, from the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace to the Millennium Bridge and the Trocadero. You can also walk the streets to explore Soho or get across the virtual Thames. We will enlarge the area of Virtual London bit by bit in the near future.

(1) St Paul's Cathedral
St Paul's Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral on Ludgate Hill, the highest point in the City of London, and is the seat of the Bishop of London. The present building dates from the 17th century and was designed by Sir Christopher Wren.

(2) Shakespeare's Globe
Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, which officially opened in 1997, is a reconstruction of the Globe Theatre, an Elizabethan playhouse in the London Borough of Southwark, on the south bank of the River Thames. It is approximately 230 metres from the site of the original theatre.

(5) OXO Tower
The OXO Tower is a building with a prominent tower on the south bank of the River Thames in London. The building currently has a set of bijou arts and crafts shops on the ground and first floors. A well-known restaurant is located on the 8th floor, which is the roof top level of the main building. The second to 7th floors contain 78 residential apartments.

(6) King's Reach Tower
King's Reach Tower is a high-rise office building in Stamford Street, Southwark, London. It is a thirty-one storey structure 111 metres high and was completed in 1972. It was designed by the renowned architect Sir Richard Seifert and built by John Laing Construction Limited.

(7) Piccadilly Circus
This is London's commercial hub. Piccadilly and the area to the north (Mayfair) began to be systematically developed as a fashionable residential locality since 1660. Some of the grandest mansions in London were built on the northern side of Piccadilly during the last centuries. Piccadilly is one of the widest and straightest streets in central London.

You can read more about Berlin - which was the first city that was launched in Twinity. After the great start in Europe, Asia was next on the agenda when Singapore was first set up. Later we returned to the European continent and created London. In the summer of 2010 we went across the Atlantic Ocean and opened up the first American city in Miami with more to follow...
