Alpha City Berlin Opening Party!
July 21, 2008 12:27As you know, Alpha City Berlin, our first virtual metropolis, is now open to all Twinity members. We want to celebrate the occasion of Germany’s capital in 3D with you at the Alpha City Berlin Grand Opening Party!

Time: 19:00 (CET), 1pm (EST), 01:00 Wed. (SST)
Where: Alpha City Berlin
Metaversum staff and Twinity Support will be in attendance to chat about virtual Berlin and show you around town. We appreciate any comments, questions or suggestions you might have during the test phase of our first virtual metropolis.
We’ll meet in the teleport area and have a look at the Hackescher Hoefe, the Fernsehturm (Berlin’s famous TV tower) and other impressive sights of Alpha City Berlin!

Apartment Contest Kick-Off Party!
July 16, 2008 14:08Each participant in the Design Your Apartment contest must complete all interior design by 16 July.
On 17 July, the voting begins! Come to the kick-off party, meet the contestants and vote for your favorite apartment!

Bitfilm 08 Award Winners Party!
July 14, 2008 15:15The Bitfilm Network, a digital film community, announced the winners of the Bitfilm 08 festival last week. This year’s award-winning films will be screened on Tuesday, 15 July, in the underground art city and Bitfilm virtual capital, Bitropolis, in Twinity.

Blow it out and dye! Like, duh, we mean your hair! Purple or green, wannabe, punk or valley girl – whatever! Dress up outrageously and party hearty like it was 1984. It’s going to be totally tubular, dude!
Guest DJs will spin your favorite 80’s classics from Frankie Goes To Hollywood and Visage to The Pretenders and Billy Idol. Wicked!
We’ll provide awesome visuals on the dancefloor and pump up the volume on the tunes! Dudes and dudettes, are you stoked or what? Let’s rock the cradle of love!
