October 19, 2010 11:35 amTwinity is very excited to announce the grand opening of its fifth international city: Virtual New York! New York City, also known as the city that never sleepsand the Big Apple, is America’s most populous city.
It is an international city with global influences in economic, media, politics, education, entertainment and fashion. Many of New York’s sites and landmarks are world famous.
New York is a multicultural city, and all communities around the world are represented. About a third of its residents were born outside of the United States. The city is visited by more than 40 million tourists every year, making it one of the world’s most popular tourist destination.

Think back to the days when you were new in Twinity and didn’t know how to get around: the welcome tutorial is a big help for learning the first steps, but to truly understand and engage with the eclectic world of Twinity, there is no better way than to be shown by some nice Twinizens.
