Metaversum GmbH, Rungestr. 20, 10179 Berlin, Germany, is conducting an online survey from 10 July 2009 to 19 July 2009. All participants have the chance of winning a prize. Two winners will be drawn, who will each receive one iPod nano.

A. Prize Item

1. Two prizes will be allotted. The two winners will each receive one iPod nano.

B. Eligibility

1. All natural persons above the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
2. Employees of Metaversum or Metaversum subsidiaries, as well as their family members, are excluded from participating in the sweepstake.
3. Every user who receives an invitation to complete the Twinity online survey and who completes and submits this survey online by the end of day of 19 July 2009 will be automatically entered into the sweepstake.
4. Each person can participate once in the sweepstake.
5. Participants are obliged to provide correct contact details. The use of any kind of automated process (e.g. scripts) designed to manipulate the sweepstake is strictly prohibited. Submitting false contact details will result in disqualification from the sweepstake.
6. Participants whose Twinity member account is barred, closed, or restricted, or whose Twinity member account is barred, closed, or restricted for the duration of the promotion are or will be barred from participating in the sweepstake.

C. Sweepstake

1. The two winners will be determined by chance. Two winners will be drawn at random on 31 July 2009.
2. Metaversum GmbH will inform the winners once the sweepstake has closed.

D. Prize Allocation

1. Metaversum GmbH will send the prize to the address of the two winners.
2. The prize will be shipped by 31 August 2009 at the very latest.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted via the e-mail address provided by 14 August 2009, or if the winner does not respond to this notification within a month of receiving it, the prize can be reallocated.
4. The prize is non-transferable.

E. General Provisions

1. Any violation of these Conditions of Participation will lead to immediate disqualification from the sweepstake.
2. Metaversum reserves the right to abort or modify the sweepstake at any time.
3. The judge’s decision is final. The sweepstake is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. All collected, processed, and stored data will only be used for conducting the sweepstake.
